These Terms of Service govern your use of ReadySite, operated by Eternal Code Works. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
ReadySite generates demo websites for local businesses and offers to publish those websites on a custom domain for a one-time fee of $150. This fee includes domain registration for the first year and permanent hosting on our servers.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The $150 fee is charged once at the time of purchase. Domain renewal fees (typically $12-15/year) are the customer's responsibility after the first year and will be communicated in advance.
Because you preview your website before payment, all sales are final. If there is a technical failure on our part that prevents your site from going live, we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
Demo websites are generated automatically and hosted temporarily on getreadysite.com subdomains. Unclaimed demos may be removed after an extended period. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of automatically generated content — you are responsible for reviewing your site and requesting corrections after purchase.
You may not use ReadySite to create websites for illegal businesses, businesses engaged in fraud, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Code Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
